He began his career working on rigs across the UK, Africa, the Middle East, and North and South America, gaining hands-on field experience over four years. He then transitioned into management, accumulating 31 years of experience across various functions, including sales, QHSE, marketing, operations, and technology development. His comprehensive industry knowledge and strategic leadership have contributed to his success in driving innovation and operational excellence.

Christopher has partnered with over 100 sales and operations professionals over the duration of his career to support corporate initiatives centered around budget and forecast delivery with emphasis on cash flow improvement and deliverables centric to financial reporting enhancements, cost reduction initiatives, and growth modeling opportunities.

She is an AAPG member, and her research interests include organic/inorganic geochemistry, sequence stratigraphy, and reservoir characterization of conventional/ unconventional reservoirs.

With a background in operations management, geosteering, and remote gas monitoring, Steven has led cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and business growth. Starting as a Mudlogger, he gained hands-on expertise in drilling, sample analysis, and hydrocarbon detection.
Steven excels at connecting professionals to drive innovation and efficiency. His leadership and technical insights make him a trusted advisor in the industry.

Kelly then worked for The Mudlogging Company in a field supervisory role for 10 years covering Mud Logging, Training and Formation Gas Analysis Services. Kelly spent the next few years with several local mudlogging companies until he got his big break at Nabors as the Rockies Division manager for Epoch managing 50 rigs. International Logging recruited Kelly to become Account Manager for the Rockies Division managing local Oil & Gas accounts.
